Stronger Foundations programme manager appointed

ACF is delighted to announce the appointment of Sally Boylan as Stronger Foundations programme manager.

Over the next 18 months, Sally will lead on the overarching programme management for Stronger Foundations, developing a range of products and a wider membership engagement plan, in collaboration with ACF’s policy, communications and events colleagues.

For the last four years, Sally has worked as a freelance consultant covering all aspects of grant-making, stakeholder engagement and with a specialism in international development issues. This has included several senior level projects for the People’s Health Trust.

Previously, Sally worked for 11 years at what was the Big Lottery Fund in a number of operational roles. Until 2012 she was its Head of Business Process Re-engineering, responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of a large scale, multi-project programme requiring detailed planning and management. Prior to this she was its Head of Programme Management, managing 7 funding programmes in its London office including the International Grants programme. She has also served as an External Assessor for Comic Relief’s Africa Grants programme.
