SIIG - Catalytic social investment
Join experienced social investors Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Friends Provident Foundation to explore making catalytic investments designed to address market failure and grow solutions in areas social need.
Examples will include making investments in community energy, flexible working to create fair workplaces, building mass participation in impact investing and ending the poverty premium. The presenters will detail the investment journey, including providing grant support to enable organisations to become investment ready and to develop new business models, making an investment and ongoing monitoring.

The Social Impact Investors Group (SIIG) exists to support Foundations interested in starting or currently undertaking social impact investing.
