Introduction to digital
Using digital solutions to address social challenges
- CAST (Centre for Acceleration of Social Technology)
CAST - in association with ACF - will be holding a series of Design Hops exploring some of the practical challenges and opportunities when funding digital.
Design Hops are a useful first step for funders who are interested in finding out how digital can help them respond more effectively to the needs of their grantees and applicants as well as in learning how some charities are using digital technology to improve their resilience and impact.
These practical, energetic half-day sessions are designed to increase confidence by demystifying digital and design approaches. We will share examples of how these approaches have helped funders to better support grantees and their service users.
Three sessions will be held, by kind permission of the Rt. Hon. The Lord Mayor, Alderman Peter Estlin, at Mansion House as part of his broader mayoral focus on Championing Digital Skills:
- Tuesday 26th March: 13.30 - 16.30pm
- Tuesday 2nd April: 09.30am - 13.30pm
- Tuesday 16th April: 13.30 - 16.30pm
If you would be interested in attending one of these workshops, please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred date and CAST will be in touch with more details.
