The UK Knowledge and Learning team is responsible for researching, writing, sense-making and sharing insights and learning from our funding across the UK.

We make evidence accessible, engaging and practical with the aim of informing policy and practice, creating stronger and more connected communities and championing the voluntary and community sector’s contribution to society.

In 2020 we won the Government Information Group (GIG) Annual Award and were highly commended at The Henley Forum Awards for Advancing Knowledge and Organisational Learning Practice. You can find out more about the work we have delivered so far in this blog.

As Knowledge and Learning Manager, you’ll lead on creating insight reports and web pages that show how charities and community groups make a difference and highlight what we are learning from their work. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on researching, interviewing, writing and editing role where you’ll be responsible for delivering high quality work - from initial idea to final delivery. You’ll also work with colleagues across the Fund to disseminate and make use of these findings, both internally and externally.

It would suit you if you have a strong track record of writing in a complex, UK-wide context, perhaps as a researcher, writer, editor or journalist.
