The Masonic Charitable Foundation is seeking an experienced Impact and Evaluation Manager in a recently established role to lead the Impact & Evaluation function for the charity. The post holder, with the support of the Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst, will develop, implement and embed outcomes frameworks that enable the MCF to measure the impact of our support, services and grant making that help to inform the development of existing and new support and services.  They will also lead on evaluating how successfully we have been at delivering our current five year strategy and what lessons can be learned to help in shaping our new strategy from 2022 onwards.

We are seeking an individual who will bring their own ideas, past experiences and new ways of working to the role. The successful candidate will be an excellent influencer and able to communicate effectively at all levels with substantive experience in a similar role and demonstrate evidence of having developed and implemented successful impact and evaluation programmes that led to organisational change for the better.

The key job purposes of the role are:

  • To develop, implement and embed outcomes frameworks that enable MCF to measure the impact of our support, services and grant making, including by way of beneficiary feedback and sector benchmarking.
  • To evaluate the findings to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of our grants, support and services for internal audiences, the masonic community and wider society and to inform the development of existing and new support and services.
  • To line manage one Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst.
  • To support the Operations Director to monitor and report on progress against our strategy and our impact through the Corporate Plan and Impact Report.

Hours:  34 per week (4pm Friday finish)
