Grant Processes and Systems Manager
Paul Hamlyn Foundation is an independent grant-making foundation, with a mission to help people overcome disadvantage and lack of opportunity, so that they can realise their potential and enjoy fulfilling and creative lives. The Foundation supports charitable activity in the areas of arts, education and learning and social justice across the UK.
This is an exciting new role, created to head up our grants systems and processes and ensure everyone at Paul Hamlyn Foundation is working in the best way to support our grant-making which increased to £36m in 2018/19 with 315 grants awarded. We are looking for someone who combines both technical and people skills and has a real interest in ensuring our workflows and software fit the needs of the organisation and those we work with. There is also the opportunity to get involved in the selection and introduction of new software.
The ideal candidate will have experience of designing and managing systems and processes, running workshops and training sessions and the ability to lead in a collaborative manner. Just as important as your high-level technical skills is your ability to listen and build relationships with non-technical colleagues.
Flexible working patterns would be considered for the right candidate.
