The Association of Charitable Foundations (ACF) is the membership association for foundations and grant-making charities in the UK. For 25 years we have supported trusts and foundations; respecting and safeguarding their independence, and helping them to be effective in the many ways that they use their resources

About you The Events and Office Administrator will have excellent administration skills, be organised and efficient, with a strong eye for detail. You will provide support to help us to deliver our busy programme of events and learning opportunities throughout the year for trusts and foundations. Our learning programme includes members and others sharing of knowledge and best practice through workshops, conferences, seminars, member-led networks and roundtables. You will need to have strong time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure, be able to multi-task and plan ahead, as well as being highly personable and diplomatic.

About the role We are a small organisation and this role is a vital part of the team. The remit includes being a first point of contact for members, visitors and the public - over the phone, by email and in person; administering all our events; office management; maintaining our database with member details and processing event bookings.
