BLCF is seeking an experienced CEO to manage day-to-day operations of the organisation. The CEO will play a critical role in managing the governance of the charity, build and model an ethical and sustainable culture, provide inspired leadership to the Executive Team and establish a great working relationship with the Board of Trustees. The CEO will also develop and spearhead a Donor Relationship Management Plan, to seek opportunities and new funding relationships. The position can be full or part time but requires a minimum of 30 hours per week.
