Heathrow Community Trust is keen to appoint a new CEO who embodies their values of integrity, openness and respect, and has a focus on putting beneficiaries first and continually striving for improvement. This will be a leader with an understanding of, and empathy for, the voluntary sector and, ideally, familiarity with grant funding. They will be a compelling communicator, both internally and with a range of stakeholders, and experienced in implementing strategy, managing budgets and diversifying income.

This is a part-time position: 22.5 hours per week with flexible working. The post is home-based, although there will be plenty of opportunities to visit funded projects once lockdown restrictions are lifted.
