Summary
We’re looking for an experienced senior business analyst to join us at Co-op Foundation. The Foundation is the Co-op’s charity, and we help people challenge inequality and co-operate for change, so they can share a fairer future. As part of our senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for helping us develop and implement our systems and process as we deliver our new strategy ‘Building communities of the future together’.

Job Description
1 year fixed-term contract / secondment opportunity considered Manchester city centre This is a remote first role, with an option to work in the Manchester office for those who want to. You may be asked to occasionally attend meetings in Manchester and elsewhere. In this role, you’ll make sure we have effective, user-friendly systems and processes in place to enable our small team to work effectively and our funded partners to interact with us efficiently. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the organisation on wide-ranging projects, varying from business improvement, to process development, to operational and service design, to helping to embed technological change. If you’ve got service design experience, and you’re passionate about developing fit-for-purpose solutions with a human-centred lens, then we can offer you the opportunity to make a real difference in how we work at the Co-op Foundation and to the people and communities we serve.
