Job Description
As an Impact Manager you will support Swarovski Foundation and Waterschool with the following activities: Review impact recording, evaluation and reporting methodology for the Swarovski Foundation and Waterschool and share recommendations for strengthened framework. Lead and manage administrative software’s such as Salesforce and Formstack to develop systems to capture data to promote effective analysis of progress against agreed outcomes and alignment to the Sustainable Development Goals. Undertake qualitative and quantitative surveying that provides information to evaluate the impact of Swarovski Foundation and Waterschool work at the global level Deliver impact report(s) from inception to execution, define impact framework, create report, distribute publication, and raise awareness Research developments in policy and practice around philanthropic impact measurement and reporting and the work of other relevant organisations (including but not limited to the United Nations, Association of Charitable Foundations, Charity Commission and to regularly share this information with Trustees and team. Research and identify charity engagement opportunities to create impact with Swarovski Foundation and Waterschool charities beyond the grant/financial investment About You We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with great attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders and audiences Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as independent stakeholders across different regions Outside the box thinking and creative mindset, by at the same time being adaptable and flexible Experience in Salesforce would be an advantage
