Lankelly Chase Foundation’s Social Movements and Investment leads collaborated on a piece of research to learn from best practice examples on community stewarded capital strategies. The most inspiring and innovative examples pointed to place-based strategies for community wealth building and just transition. Although many of these examples are from the US, there is food for thought from these innovations for those working in UK places.

Jo Ram, will give a short presentation on this research, case studies, key findings and offer some implications and provocations for the UK sector.
