With welfare reform continuing to have an impact upon people’s lives, this half-day seminar provides an analysis and update on:

  • The 2017 amendment to the bedroom tax regulations and developing case law – implications for tenants and landlords etc
  • The November 2016 reductions in the benefit cap limits and how this is impacting tenants in and out of London
  • The April 2017 ‘two child limit’ rules, as they apply to tax credits, housing benefit and Universal Credit
  • Significant case law developments in relation to ESA and PIP, and the latest data on success rates at revision and appeal
  • The impact of Universal Credit roll-out – the main rules and structure, winners and losers
