Rosa, the only dedicated UK-wide fund for women and girls, is seeking an experienced Grants Manager (3 days/week) to lead our grant-making. You’ll be joining a small dynamic London-based team at an exciting time.
The post manages all stages in the grant cycles for our two main programmes, including applications, assessment and monitoring. You’ll play a key role in supporting grantees, extracting evidence from our work to influence wider change and to develop new initiatives.
The person we’re looking for is a resourceful team player, with expertise, creativity and initiative. A strong commitment to gender equality and social justice is a must-have. You’ll already have some solid grant-making experience, and may now be looking for a more strategic role. You’ll understand the challenges grassroots groups face and have an eye for spotting emerging issues. You’ll be capable with grant-making software (we use GIFTS) and enjoy using data to make a case.
