The Charity makes grants to organisations and individuals resident in three Parishes in Hampshire. Based in Hythe, Hants, the postholder will lead a small team providing a full administrative service and guidance to the Trustees.

The current vacancy of Trustee is expected to be filled from 21st September 2010. The Charity would like to build up a reserve list of potential Trustees and expressions of interest are welcomed. The commitment is 5 Board meetings during the year, 3 of which are preceded by a Finance Committee meeting.
