Job Description

Working within our Research and Evaluation team your role will be to embed evidence-based working and learning across the Foundation teams and activities, as well as working with some of our local partners. You will be key to providing support to our teams across the organisation ensuring they have the right data, insights and evidence to support decision-making, planning, evaluation and learning. You will manage the production of the Board Key Performance Indicator dashboard and support our colleagues to define, monitor and learn from operational performance indicators. If you have experience of working on research projects, or in monitoring and evaluation, and you enjoy working with a wide variety of teams and stakeholders, then this could be your next role. This role will involve line management responsibility of our Data Analyst Apprentice, previous line management experience is not necessary as you will be coached and supported in this area.
