Legal Opinion – Improving support for Destitute Migrants

The following 4 documents provide opinions for ACF members on the legality of support for migrants, including asylum seekers, with no recourse to public funds. The first summary paper provides a context for the Legal Opinion with support from two annexes, the first of which covers legal issues for charities supporting projects for destitute migrants including charitable trusts and foundations, and the other provides information specifically aimed at housing providers.
